I usually stay awake until I'm wrecked so about 5 minutes.

I find World Service takes me under in about 10-15 minutes.
Whereas if I ask for a British, or racially-pure white girl, maybe one or two hours.
20-30 minutes, if i'm without company I have to have a radio or ipod or something to listen to.
week days i go to bed at 1, get up at 7.30 so im always tired
weekends.......well im up now ffs, i like to make the most of the weekend, getting tired now though
