I am very worried my house will get trashed by the little nutter. He hasn't been diagnosed hyperactive but it is very obvious. You can't smack other people's children or even discipline them strongly.
How should I deal with this? I am thinking one on one adult supervision but it looks dodgy. Or tying him up.

why does supervision look dodgy? you dont have to supervise in the nude.
If he really kicks off and starts thrashing around throw him in the bath and chuck ur washing in with him...it'll be clean in no time.

my daughters are swimmers and swam with a boy that supposedly had that disorder he got kicked out of the club....thankfully.....he was never statemented he was just an over indulged boorish little moron who could do no wrong in his parents eyes & therein lay the problem.....
