Have you still got the set up disc that came with it?

If so, press F8 and try to boot it from the cd drive. You'll have to change the boot order. Might be worth a try.

Could be this cold weather,have you tried warming it in the microwave?

Try doing a system restore via safe mode (continously hit the F8 key when switching on).
