converting a movie file...

How do i go about converting a short clip i have on the hard drive from Flash Video to ANY of these formats ~

MID, MIDI, RMI, MTM, MP1, MP2, MP3, WAV, VOC, AU, SND, AIF, AIFF, WMA, MPEG, ASX, ASF, ASR, AVI, M1V, MOV, MOVIE, MPE, MPA, MPEG, MPG, MPV2, QT, WMV

If there is a simple way to do it please can someone advise me and let me know which format it will change into.
