maybe they cant help being attracted to kids but i think the thing is they dont have to actually do anything. i often have the urge to whack my uncle over the head with a baseball bat but i dont actually do it. if everybody did everything they had the urge to do then we would all be locked up.

I have a theory about this sort of thing.
I believe there is a hormonal imbalance or deficiency that affects peoples sexual orientation when they are anything other than hetrosexual. This creates the attraction of some to others of the same sex, minors and even other bizarre and less common cases like the attraction to animals and lifeless objects etc. Of course the act of paedophillia is rightly frowned upon in society as it creates child victims. You're always going to get your sick members of society who are hetrosexual and get a kick out of going against the norm but those with these innate urges beyond their control should be treated as being biologically deficient as opposed to sick animals. I think in years to come paedophiles and such like will be held permanently in high security wards instead of your standard prisons. Examples of these already exist in the US. |
