afriend of mine has 1 not working and its causng alot of pain, any helpfull ideas.

The muscles in the shoulder are all joined to the back muscles. When you imjure one, any movement makes it hurt.

doctor told them it would take 6 months to heel but he never examined it in any way

do you mean 1 muscle not working - in which case it shouldn't take 6 months! or 1 shoulder not working? if it's a frozen shoulder then 6 months is optimistic.

The supraspinatus is the most problematic muscle where the shoulder joins the arm. Tell him to stop masturbating quite so vigorously.

there are 7 muscles directly connected to shoulder strength & mobility(4 active & 3 held in reserve)
your friend simply has to disengage the faulty muscle & engage any 1 of the 3 backups
