press and hold the screen for few seconds with a finger. all your apps will start shaking at that point you can touch the red cross in the top left of each app which allows you to delete.
I speak from purely a ipod touch side here mind, may not be the same. if not theres a manual. |

Chuck the phone in a skip and this will effectively delete them all.
Then you can get a proper phone. |
