CHAMPIONS LEAGUE QUIZ RULE ON NON SHOWS
Following two non shows for prearranged games by quizzers yesterday which of course is unfair on refs and opponentns, we have decided to implement the following for this competition, and may use it in the leagues next season if it works well. QUIZZER'S FIRST NON SHOW - benefit of the doubt, quizzer gets 'yellow card' - which lasts for the entire competition. SUBSEQUENT NON SHOWS - group stage - 1 point deduction knockout stage - lose a goal v that opponent There will NOT be forfeited games like last season as this was very unpopular and not particularly effective. Consequently POSITIVELY4THSTREET and TRANSMISSION VAMP are hereby given 'yellow cards' for yesterday's non shows. |

If Positively4thStreet or Transmission Vamp no show (or are more than 15 mins late) for any of their future games they will lose 1 point as they are on 'warnings'. But yes all games must get played. No forfeits. |
