i had alittel prange in my car afew weeks back nothing big i hit another car from behind the only damage was to my number plate which is just cracked, after i had hit this other car i get out to check both cars and the lady who was driving is ok, everything is fine apart from my number plate so i say sorry we both agree its nothing then i leave, then this morning i get a letter saying that i had hit a car and the driver has whiplash and whats to claim, what should i do any advice please

claim culture, everyone is at it.
bloke at work putting a claim in, we work in food warehouse and big box of crisps fell off pallet and hit him.
went down like drogba and off work 4 months lol

doesnt matter who it is ,u say u exchanged no details ,no police involved ,obviously she has taken ur number plate thinking there is
one born every minute ,that doesnt mean she knows who was driving the car .. u know nothing ,if what u are saying is true ,you
have totally forgotten it .. dont reply ..

dont worry about it if car not damaged am guessing not much of an impact, i dont drive so cant advise i would chuck it in the bin and forget about it.
just trying it on the dodgy**t, she will get found out.

I would ,they have traced u thru the car reg I.M.O, that dosent
mean u were driving the car .. bar them getting cctv footage
how can they prove it was you ? If what u have said is true
I would ignore the letter ..

on that note i would take a few pictures of your car begb to show extent of damage for future reference.
