Ive just had a problem with them too.

Putting several payments receievd on hold, cant access the money til after christmas! just because i have had my paypal account less than 5 months. Ridiculous

wanting proof of address off me, i send them all the evidence they need last week get a confirmation email to say they have received everything and that it will be processed within a few days, ring up before which took half an hr to get through to see whats happening with it and they tell me theyve lost the documents and can i send everything again, got over a grand in that account like the dumb f@cks
