Having trouble with sky viewing card. Tried it in all slots , turned it round,upside down, everything.
Can't get channel 5 anymore and get BBC LONDON instead of BBC LOOK NORTH. Very strange.
What is going on ?
When i go to system settings says there is no card but there is !
Spoke to sky and they will send me a new card. If that doesn't work they said it could be card reader inside machine.
What do u think ?

Turn the box off AT WALL ...
Swipe both sides of sky card on a soft dry cloth ....Tee shirt will do ..
switch box on after a minute has elapsed ..
wait for it to say "Insert card" or "card missing" and insert your card
wait 20 secs for it to activate
you should then be okay ..
