My mate got pulled over for not wearing his seat-belt however, when he got in police officiers car he said he had it on. The policeman told him he had 2 options go to court or take the 60 quid fine. ( told him he would go to court)
Anhow apparently letter came thorugh door stating his options and he thought had enough of this will plead guilty and take the fine ( however on the mitigating circumstances) he wrote, he had his seat belt on and was pleading gulity to stop tax payers wasting money and for everyone to waste time in court.
Yesterday he recieved another letter stating that the courts wouldnt except his plea and he needed to attend at a latter date
What he needs to know is do people win over police if its there word against his ? or his he in for a massive fine ?
apparently he said he pleaded guilty when the letter came, however, said he did have his seat belt on and was pleading guilty just to stop wasting everyones time and expenses - however plea not excepted.

They know it is impossible to have a seatbelt on whilst sucking off a punter. He might as well admit it before they bring out the photographic evidence.
