A proposed new law would impose the death penalty on some gay Ugandans and their family and friends could face up to seven years in jail if they fail to report them to authorities. Even landlords could be imprisoned for renting to **sexuals, under a new bill being debated. Gay rights activists say the bill, which has prompted growing international opposition, promotes hatred and could set back efforts to combat HIV/Aids. They believe it is part of a continent-wide backlash because Africa's gay community is becoming more vocal.
"It's a question of visibility," said David Cato, who became an activist after he was beaten up four times, arrested twice, sacked from his teaching job and outed in the press because he was gay. "When we come out and ask for our rights, they pass laws against us."
To get this law passed the Ugandan Govt has to spend $10 million but there are problems with the automatic banking system in Kampala, they want like minded people to offer their services by using their account for 48 hours, on passing these funds a 5% bonus on anything that passes through their account will be left for your enjoyment it says.
I would have been suspicious if it was a nigerian bank mind you.

I have a solution. Let them into the EU (everyone ellse is in) then they can have their laws from Bruxelles. Those with AIDS can come to the UK for free treatment (as lots of other Africans do) at around £25k a year cost to us per person. Then claim they are being persecuted by anti-gays back home, get free housing (paid for by us) and then spread disease among young, white girls battered on Blue Wicked (as the Africans already here are doing)!!! Simples.
