I am going out to the town so we'll have to call it a wrap for tonight.
All that's needed is two posters from the first page to post their dwarf. How hard can that be? The picture clues have been painstakingly captured and uploaded ready to go. What more do you want, blood? Sleep well (unless you're made of straw of course :p ) |

Been googling wallboy? :)
Journeyman, it's all very well giving cryptic clues. If people don't know the film or haven't watched the film then they aren't going to get the answer from your clues however good they are. It can't be a vey well known film either because I've done no end of googling without success. |
|
By:
1 its a very well known film
2 it has a great cast 3 its directed by one of the top directors on earth 4 its got a great soundtrack |
|
By:
I think I know it. There's no way I'm going to say the D-word to encourage Journeyman to post the answer :)

As I didn't get the required number of dwarf postings, the picture clues have been cancelled.
Here instead is clue 11 This is not a cryptic clue, it is simply two facts about the film Clue 11. Features one of the most famous flying sequences in the history of film but your parents probably haven't seen it |
|
By:
Sorry that's actually clue 12.
And yes redbag's 4 clues are all valid and well thought out. Good effort redbag. No more clues tonight though, twelve should be more than enough ffs. Come on chitchatters, are you men or dwarves?? ;) |

Okay it's really clue 15. What a mess. Let's tidy it up.
Clue 1 - the film has a strong connection to something widely reported that happened this week. Clue 2 - it has the name of a 1980s popstar in the title. Clue 3 - It has a connection with Sci fi / Outer space Clue 4 - The film title quite obviously changes a number for something intangible Clue 5 - The film's most famous scene (aside from the previously mentioned murderous dwarf) involves levitation and cheap jewellery Clue 6 - It has a girl's name in the title Clue 7 - The film features dance sequences and weaponary that neither stabs or shoots Clue 8 its a very well known film Clue 9 it has a great cast Clue 10 its directed by one of the top directors on earth Clue 11 its got a great soundtrack Clue 12 In one scene a scarecrow or strawman calls a dwarf "shorty" and a guy says that to do so drives him f***ing mental so he tears the strawman to bits clue 13 starts with letter A, ends with E and has more than four words in it Clue 14 No number in the title Clue 15 Features one of the most famous flying sequences in the history of film but your parents probably haven't seen it -------------------------------------------- I promise you all this film is real, the clues are sound and it is not a wind up. No more clues tonight and redbag let the other thread die please. |
