A thread for Lampus, surely....


My nanny doesn't understand why milk lasts a week in the fridge. In Bulgaria, it lasts only two days and then it's like cheese. "Ahh", I said, "You probably don't Pasteurise", but she said they do. So, what else do we do to our milk in "the west"?

Well we could start with ultra heat treatment,filtration,and then god knows what to standardize/**genize our cow juice to keep for a week or more
