I was in the post office yesterday and was shocked and appauled at the behavior of a woman towards her 2-3 year old child.

I was in the queue minding my own business when in walks this disgusting chav monster - bout 25 years old, dressed in Adidas crap. Anyway her appearence isnt important.

She yells at the top of her voice ''Britney get here now you little 5hit''. I looked at the elderley woman next to me in the queue and we exchanged a '' oh god here comes trouble'' look.

This child was messing around with the magazine display when all of a sudden her mother sprints at her and smacks her square on the face. I was gobsmacked. I honestly felt like ringing the police. I didnt say anything, which I regret now. This poor child burst into tears and didnt stop for about 5 minutes. She was hysterical.

And today in Sainsburies I hear the classic ''dont you dare do that or else Santa wont be coming'' from another Vicky Pollard impressionist. Embarassing and just shameful behavior.

Surely these monsters should not be allowed to look after children?

What could I have said that would suddenly change her parenting abilities ffs?

What the hell do you mean '' do I vote''?
Report Phone-Keys-Wallet • December 6, 2009 5:52 PM GMT
I mean, do you vote? Quite a simple question, when there's an election of some description, do you utilise your right to vote.
Report Mr Eboue • December 6, 2009 5:53 PM GMT
I do yes.

Not sure what the hell that has to do with this thread though.
Report Tony Broke • December 6, 2009 5:53 PM GMT
yes he votes for the 'hang all unfit chav parents from a lampost upside down by their trackie bottom cord' party

Sadly, the place is full of scuzzbucket parents who only concieve to leapfrog the Council House waiting list. They would all have their giblets ripped out in an ideal world, but of course this won't happen. Most have never done a decent days graft in their lives, but still always have money for fags, blow and Bacardi Breezers.
Report Phone-Keys-Wallet • December 6, 2009 5:55 PM GMT
well what could you possibly put in that little voting box that could change the political skills of the nominee?

Basically, if you don't say or do anything then nothing will change

Unles of course they're chit-chat regulars in which case i'm sure they're pondering their actions at this very moment

One answer to the problem could finally make good use of the Falkland Islands.

It makes you wonder how these s c u m bags treat their kids in the confides of their own home......

Eboue.
You're right, it has nothing to do with this thread.

Bad parents breed bad parents, crass media and dumbing down breeds bad parents, lack of education breeds bad parents. They have always been there, they just seem to be getting worse.
If you'd said something, or called the police, it would have solved nothing.

It's a shiit country.

Good job you weren't a kid in the 50's, I got the strap regularly. Did me no harm.
Report mitchell downie • December 6, 2009 5:58 PM GMT
Belted on the asre at school quite often. Big deal.
Report positively4thsteet • December 6, 2009 5:58 PM GMT
quite possibly these parents were treated like that when they were children. and that abused child will become a teenage parent and willl treat his/her kids like that. etc etc.

Glad i'm from a good family.

Report Tony Broke • December 6, 2009 6:02 PM GMT
so does mitchell strap his own kids then as it apparently does no harm?
Report Mr Eboue • December 6, 2009 6:03 PM GMT
I'm not saying a smack did anyone any harm.

But to slap a 3 year old girl in the face. ffs.
Report Tony Broke • December 6, 2009 6:04 PM GMT
i think u couldve phoned the police as that amounts to physical abusde parent or not, not that it wouldve stopped it happening at some later date, which is why i suppose we have the nspcc etc
Report Fenway • December 6, 2009 6:08 PM GMT
I do think there is a big difference between corporal punishment as meted out in the 1950's (acceptable or not) and calling one's 3 year old a 5hit and hitting her in the mouth.

All the shocking parent is doing is making little Britney is similarly dreadful parent of the future.
Report Fenway • December 6, 2009 6:09 PM GMT
Poor child's future was assured the moment she was named Britney.
Report Kayman • December 6, 2009 6:11 PM GMT
As has already been said, bad parents breed bad parents. Sterilise them imo (parents and kids).
