Born in Prague. Even if it was part of the Empire at the time he was born doesn't mean he was austrian. A lot of enthinicity is self ascribed, so it's not really for me to say what he considered himself, but as a Jew born in Prague the capital of Bohemia i'd lay you 100.0 he'd describe himself as Austrian.
