google ads - piece of cake to get to grips with, easy to start ad campagins and track your ppc's.
it's not that difficult once you start using it.
can be very expensive though, if you're not careful.
The one tip I would give you is to make sure you display your ads only on the search network (that means Google.co.uk) and not on the content network (those ads appear on any tom dick and harry's website).
