I always leave the sack. For the summer cycling season I usually have a good shave (almost) all over for massage and better cooling, but I leave the sack and crack because the hair acts as a lubricant when you're moving or running.

you don t need cream or foam just do it dry ,their brittle and come off easily.hurts later on just do it before bed time.next day no probs.

Use a trimmer. Do the same myself on bag and surrounding area and chest. Girls love it

had a vasectomy a few years ago, so they gave me a bic razor to shave my balls before the op. i was bleeding like a pig after. i dont know why they did'nt give me any foam to use.
