Seen a copy of a HIP for my House, Annoyed that of my 5 windows, 4 are Double Glazed with Pilkington "K" heat reflective glass (1996) report on Energy certificate says Windows are Poor!!!!, Can anyone explain why???.
He assumed i had Cavity wall insulation, if he had cast his torch around the loft space he would have seen the Insulation Overflow on some of the breeze blocks. Lazy Tw@t
