Just out of interest, what's the veggie equivalent of chicken?
|
|
By:
Chop them small, and stir-fry some beansprouts, onion and noodles, add light soy sauce, a sprinkle of sugar, a dash of dark soy. Chicken (flavoured quorn stuff) Chow Mein.

Sounds good study, although I'm lacking most of the ingredients! I've got a satay sauce and some noodles tho...will see what veg I can find in the darkest reaches of the fridge!
MOMM - It's a quorn product. Not bad, chicken's one of the easier meats to fake. |

Before we go any further.... are these Bernard Matthews slices? ;\

Yeah that would work. Have ended up just reheating yesterday's curry with rice and poppadoms.

Im thinking a nice jacket potato with a generous helping of butter and mature cheddar cheese, with delicately sliced quorn meat on top, side salad and an ice cold fanta on the side...lovely stuff
|
|
By:
wouldn't the fanta make it all a bit soggy if you poured it on the side?
