i need to create a formula which will find text in colomn A then display the data in colomn K from whatever row it finds that text in. Possible?

ok this is going to work but for some reason its taking the value from the row above, ive ordered the colomn A alphabetically so i cant work out why its returning the wrong value. great shout though cheers for that
