drinking a pint of apple and blackcurrant now. no extra calories but so much more tasty than water.

since having kidney stones a few years back I drink about four pints of orange squash a day in order to maintain healthy function... plain water is just not appealing enough, I recomend tesco's own hi juice which is at least 50% real oranges

Good enough for Tim Henman.

Sainsbury's own pink grapefruit hi-juice is amazing stuff - I live on it. Try it - you will not be disappointed.

Their apple and mango version is a decent alternative too.

I like squash. At home and the office I always have 2 bottles different flavours, this week it is Orange& Mango, and Summer Fruits. But I make sure one bottle doesn't get favoured over the other, so the squash levels have to match within one measure. But then they both run out at the same time and it is back to plain water until I go back to Tescos :(

Billy

Drink half of one before goning measure for measure

that way you'll always have half a bottle
Report billy hill • December 3, 2009 12:53 PM GMT
but the levels in the bottle have to be the same.
at home I am currently on Apple & Blackcurrant, and Lemon squash.
