since having kidney stones a few years back I drink about four pints of orange squash a day in order to maintain healthy function... plain water is just not appealing enough, I recomend tesco's own hi juice which is at least 50% real oranges

Sainsbury's own pink grapefruit hi-juice is amazing stuff - I live on it. Try it - you will not be disappointed.
Their apple and mango version is a decent alternative too. |

I like squash. At home and the office I always have 2 bottles different flavours, this week it is Orange& Mango, and Summer Fruits. But I make sure one bottle doesn't get favoured over the other, so the squash levels have to match within one measure. But then they both run out at the same time and it is back to plain water until I go back to Tescos :(
