i was gonna buy a stand for it, £15, but then i thought...hang on...must be an easy way to lift my laptop up slightly to let the air flow underneath it...an i figured out a great way! sticky velcro strips! i cut a load of 1 inch pieces, 8 of em stuck on top of each other at the back left...8 of em stuck on top of each other at the back right...hey presto my laptop is about a centimetre off the desk at the back with a nice sloping effect which makes typing easier aswell! i dunno i bloody well do it i really dont, i should be on dragons den or sumink isnt it...isnt it...isnt it...standard...

also if anybody wants an easy way to get an ipod/mp4 player to stand up...get an plastic credit card or whatever, fold it half, then fold a small bit at the end to hold the mp3 player in. job done. if you wanna be extra careful you can secure the card to a desk/table with sticky velcro so it doesnt move.
And people make a big deal out of the LHC as an example of humankind's inventiveness and thirst for knowledge.
