It's gone downhill the last couple of series, however I'm totally hooked and will be glues to the TV to see it out to the bitter end :-)

The creators of the series havent a clue either by all accounts

think the last season was excellent it did tread water for a while because they had no end date for the show and its the type of show that needs an end date. As soon as they were given until the end of the 6th season to wrap things up i thought it was the best thing on TV last year.

Im a big science fiction fan so im loving the direction the shows going.

the thing about jin though didnt he get written out because the actor got done for drinking and driving like the two girls that michael killed in season 2?

Bit harsh of Micheal to shoot them because you had a drink imo.

in fairness most people hated one of the girls he shot anyway

and 'Philip K D!ck' must be turning in his grave...imo.

i bought the series 4 dvd but cant really remember anything about it. wasnt very memorable. how did it end again?

Rather badly if your name is John Locke.

in short:

boat exploded (although we're not sure exactly who survived and who didnt).
major shoot out with the boat soldiers and the others.
claire disapearing with jacob.
the revelation that time on the island isnt moving at the same rate as off the island.
the smoke monster is the security device of the others.
the island can and does move.
desmond reunited with penny widmore.
locke is now in charge of the others with ben being banished for moving the island.
locke is dead off the island (assinated by pennys dad) but not on the island (and was using the name jeremy something)
ben convincing jack that those who got off the island (because they were in a helicoptor when the island moved) need to get back.
