Weigh yourself - but then take off 1.5 kgs - this being the weight of the tar which you are carrying around in your lungs.

Simple , innit :)

Wouldn't it be easier to simply set the scales at -1.5kg to save having to do the maths every time you weigh yourself

its amazing that cocaine and ectasy are class a drugs, but you can buy a proven cause of cancer over a counter- that does not even give you a buzz.

in 300 years they will p1ss themselves at this generation

So was yours, when you and all the thousands of other non smokers braved the fumes to get pi$$ed in pubs full of smoke.

I'd rather smoke than be an alcoholic.

i , and many like me , are now frequenting pubs much, much more frequently following the ban.
Most people do not go to a pub to drink- we go to socialise.
Now its pleasant - tho i wish the poor saddos who have to keep popping outside would do so less regularly in the winter months - its a bit cold for the door to be constantly opening and closing.

As an aside - it never ceases to amaze me how truely addicted to the weed some saddod are: saw a fairly young chap yesterday standing outside a hotel wall in the pouring rain valiantly trying to light up with matches - he asked me for a light as i got into the car - i just laughed at him
