1.Owners of Dogs that kill or maim will be liable to manslaughter/assault charges.
2. All immigrants entering the country will have to pass a full medical, have an education / skill, and must declare all previous criminal convictions or entry will be refused.
3.Income tax for anyone earning less than 20k to be 10%.
4.No family credit to families earning above 40k.
5. No family allowance to families earning over 40k.
6. An end to foreign aid.
7. All available cancer drugs to be made available to anyone who needs them, cost restrictions to be abolished.
8. Banks , Petroleum & Telecommunication companies to pay windfall taxes.
9. Manufacturing and industry to be encouraged and state funded.
10. Murderers, rapists and child abusers to get mandatory 30 year sentences with no parole.

6 better to only give aid to countries with good records on democracy, free speech and good governance and remove tariff barriers that discriminate against poor countries at the same time

if a company trades in britain then it MUST be made to be taxed in britain and not in some holding company abroad (rbos saved £500 million in uk tax doing this)
I think number 10 tells rapists and child molesters to kill their victims. Less chance of getting caught and the penalty is the same.

2. Exceptions made for those failing a full medical who would not be a burdon on the state, and genuine asylum seekers.
3. I suspect that would be VERY expensive, so no.

6. No, but a greater emphasis on conditions attached to aid.
7. Not sure how this would be funded, some drugs hugely expensive whilst ineffective. Too broad, so no.
