Chicken Roast for me as well.

i'm having crumpets and muffins with melted extra mature cheddar on them followed by victoria sponge cake made by my wife's fair hand....having already had roast lamb and plum crumble for Sunday dinner :)

a couple of large whiskies as aperitifs, then half a roast chicken with *****and plenty of tomato sauce... ideal start to an early night, working at six in the morning :)
