Can get away with this in Toyota MR2s, and other cars with flip-up lights. Most coppers presume it to be an angle or a strength thing imo. ;)
wish I had money like that ....to chuck away on Fixed Penalty notices :-(
that is the problem here ....the police do not seem to worry about them ...one in ten cars are driving around with them on .....much money to be made imo
putting fof lights on is not a concern fior the police
