i want to withdraw some money onto my credit card.
my credit limit is only £500,can i only withdraw 500 max or can i do more?

a credit card must not be placed in credit. you can credit your account a sum up to the value of the amount of any outstanding monies.

i would have thought it would have been the cards credit limit on any credit card.
say if i withdrew 800 what would happen to the other 300 as its not a debit card is it.

my credit card has been in credit before, they transfer it to your bank if you ring them

not strictly true... a credit card can indeed be in credit just means anything you spend comes out of your own money.. have been upto 3k in credit at times on certain ones, some banks will phone/transfer the money back to you however

I reguarly put my credit credit.

If I owe £291, I might pay £300.

It's not breaking the rules.

I just transferred it to a mule card then to my bank.
