Warn him if you see him tanked up again and driving, then you'll shop him - and stick to your word. Drink drivers are**, and don't give me any of that crap that each person has a different tolerance level to alcohol. It dulls your reflexes, end of.

had the same dilemma few years ago bloke got hammered every night and drove home.
my mate decided letting all his tires down would do the trick. when he left the pub he did not even realize all 4 tires were flat, got in and drove off lol. last i heard he was stopped by old bill on way home. |

By:
leave a note on his car that he is being warned just the once, if he does it after the warning letter.
let him have it!!!!!!!!!!!!. |
|
By:
If you have a problem with it approach him.
Don't shop him to the police ffs |
|
By:
yup, anonymous note stuck on the car saying he's being shopped if he does it again, should do the trick. Either that or him and his mates just move on to a different pub!

East Midlands news half an hour ago.
40 deaths last year in this region alone due to drunken drivers. I've changed my mind. Shoot him. |
|
By:
Is he the only one that does it then?
|

30% of motoring accidents are caused by drunken drivers.
This means that 70% are caused by sober drivers. It looks to me as though he's a lot safer driving p1ssed. |

History Maker's 12.18 post has to be the worst bit of advice ever given on here. Actually say to the bloke that if he does it again he will call the cops. Who in their right mind would do such a thing given the unhinged state of society? I appreciate the sentiment but if you did that in certain pubs not far from me you had better look to move fairly quickly.
To answer the question, I wouldn't shop the bloke personally. |

A geezer from our Cricket Club got shopped a few summers back. He always had 4 or 5 pints over a 2 or 3 hour period, then drive home about 10.30pm. The police were waiting at the bottom of his road as he turned in! He was actually very close to not being over the limit he told us. Anyway, he gets done and pays the price. He knew the risk.
However, the rest of the lads at the Club were furious when we found he had been shopped by basically one of us. It took a while but eventually one of the boys found out who it was. It never ceases to amaze me how people just can't help themselves and tell people what they have done. The next season this same chap had the same thing happen to him. What made it so suprising was the original snitch had only had one pint and one Orange juice. God knows how he was over the limit. :) There was a fair degree of less anger the 2nd time around from the rest of the club. |
