Just realised im fat :-(
People who looked at me would disagree as im 6 2 and look fairly slim. However im spreading round the middle , and its getting worse.
Problem is the realisation im getting fat depressed me so much i had to go and make a cuppa ,accompanied by a large piece of cake.
Lack of motivation to excercise , too much betfair and a compulsion to eat , mainly due to boredom when trading.
Whats the cure?

There's only one cure.
Derermination and belief in yourself that you dont want to be some lardarse having heart surgery by the time you are 50.
Either that or laxitives.

Win enough for lipposuction - you salad dodging lardoids lack the will power to lose weight by convetional methods.
Try and get some exercise in first thing, then it's over and done with. A 30 minute briskish walk 4-5 times a week is sufficient.
Do lots of cycling , legs and buttoks look great , but that just makes my middle stick out more
You need one of those castric bands fitting dont worry if your hard up theres no need to go to all that expense of fitting it round your belly just tie it round your mouth it will work a treat, they probably haven't got one big enough for that stomach anyway.
