only to find out is useless

i was expecting some all encompassing gps tracking system

seems i was wrong

is there another cat in the area? might have wondered on to the wrong patch

I had several cats when i was a kid

One of them was gone for a week and came back , another for 3 or 4 days also returned.

They were female too, males will wander further.

he is neutered so should not wander

also there are loads of cats near us. i fear he may have been battered

We lost a cat some years ago.

Got it back three days later when we had a meal from the local chinese takeaway.

You want to give your gardener a sound thrashing to buck up his ideas a bit.

I had to do this with my biscuit chef last year and have not had a problem since.

is the cat insured ,if so they should cough up for advertising and a reward,get a poster together and get some laminated,tie em to lamposts and put them up in bus shelters, and outside of schools,youngsters tend to keep their eye out more than adults. You could also copy the posters and ask the local newsagent if they could send them out with the newspaper deliveries.

My cat went missing for a week,he was found 10 miles away but ain't letting on how he got there.Don't give up hope,they're resilient fellas.

the fact that he's chipped will help you as well d13,mine was found and taken to a local cat protection league who scanned him,if he wasn't chipped i doubt i'd have seen him ever again.
