Countryfile is on, and when the farmer running about with his pigs came on, my cat starting looking wide-eyed at the TV screen.

And thus ran through my mind a bolt of genius like ouzo from a Greek pork workers teat:

Why don't you get pork-based cat food? You get chicken (NAP) beef (NB) rabbit, lamb and a whole range of fishy flavours. You even get vegetables in some of them ffs.

So why no pork? When I announced this world-stopping thought, the gf said there's 'ham' cat food. I have never seen ham-labelled cat food, and frankly therefore I think she could be delirious and require her brain to be drilled.

And so in conclusion I ask again, why no pork?
