Looking for a bit of advice chaps, my brother lives in Lanzarote and is needing SKY over there.
I have SKY myself, was going to order myself a 2nd box (for other room) and take it over, the buggers want £50 for the box plus £60 for instal, then £10 a month for subs for the 2nd box.
I see they're doin offers at the mo for new customers, free sky+ box, £30 instal, plus £50 m&s vouchers, a 2nd box is free with only thr £10 a month subs.
So it seems a bit of a rip off as an existing customer me paying £110 up front for a 2nd box.
Am I better just buying a box and card of say ebay and taking that over?
Anyone know the best way to go, much appreciated.

2nd box used to need a telephone connection. It will cost you, but good way is to buy an unsubsidised box registered at a UK address, direct debit from a UK bank, and just be a normal customer, but watching in the Canaries.
