im training for a marathon in april and in fairly good shape.i am running about 10 miles twice a week buy soon after starting the soles of my feet start to ache.anyone got any sensible explanations about why this is.

possibly left shoe on right foot and vice-versa.

thanks d13 but ive got proper running shoes and properly fitted but im 100%lame everytime i finish.
