not talking about ipods or the like, but one of these that sit under the tv that you rip your movies and music to one place....been looking at the Western Digital TV HD 1080P Media Player below

and it seem to get good reviews.would be nice to have a lot of movies and music on one hard drive and pack the dvds away......anyone ? :)

I'm looking at this type of thing, well a nettop anyway .The one that I've honed in on is the acer revo r3610 - still not sure though.

Bustar, if you have a wireless network set up at home, you can stream media via Vuze on your PC/ Laptop to your PS3 or Xbox360. Use the storage on your PC instead of forking out for something expensive?
all right oval :) ....trouble is laptop is chocka block full and anyway that would mean the pc being on when i want to watch films.would rather some sort of system located at tv and able to add more storage as time goes by (which "said" system can do if it works as advertised) .....cheers for your reply anyway :)
