After washing a dish in soapy water i rinse it under a running hot tap then put it to dry.Could i rinse it under the cold tap? How do you lot wash-up?

do you wear those yellow rubber gloves while you are doing the washing up
no rubbers here but why can`t you rinse under the cold tap? i always think it dries quicker if rinsed under hot tap with a better finish
i will only use rubber gloves if i`m in contact with bleach
People who don't rinse are disgraceful.
i agree E.G.G. the dishes are being washed in dirty greasy water with all the muck thats come off them, u have to rinse them,

always use hot water, always rinse with hot water. usually dry dishes as soon as washed
I always let my dishes dry naturally.i usually wait a few hours and then put away if i can be bothered
A tiny amount of electricity - btw did you know you can cook in a dishwasher ?

What about filling your oven up with water and shaking it about a bit to use as a dishwasher?
