whats the best way of going about it...i fancy being one myself.

hard work ,only way to make money these days ,worked 16 hours a day for 20 years now retired at 41 just short of the million thou ;)

buying cheap property for me spend £30,000 doing them up ,and then selling them off ,those days are gone now , i got lucky

I know somebody who actually did that (1980's) ended up employing staff just to open envelopes of replies he'd got. Made a fortune.
