I hope it is just a systems failure. They were 1 day away from doing that last year when HBOS was almost bust.

I used my card an hour ago and got 20 notes cashback........

The Post Office has run out of £10 notes according to this mornings paper .They will have to issues Pensionrs with a £50 note instead of 2x £20 and a £10.

let's see if I can guess which paper....

I accessed a long dormant HBS current account on-line yesterday for the first time. Desperately thinking of a password I wouldn't forget, I chose TommyToes1. I'm sure the crash and my chosen password are purely coincidental.
