cracknell is only there to try and get the heat magazine crowd involved ,feel a bit sorry for him ,sure he'd rather row 2000 metres through a burning river.
Like the face of the liberal future, pretty to look at in a meaningless way, much easier or the eyes than that relic in cracknells boat..

i wonder how many politicians would have ended up in prison if it wasn't for an uncanny ability to be economical with actualitie....we need 10million thrown at a team of university student loafers to go and research it

I think in order to stop waffling on about banal topics the presenter should have a lever, if he feels that the person in question is talking b ollox it should then be pulled and the said person dispatched to a waiting pit of crocodiles.

NB, this would also apply to any **wit member of the audience who is there because its cheaper than going to the pub and spouts off a tired cliche that he heard on the today programme

Self has been twice married. He was married to Katherine (Kate) Sylvia Chancellor, from 1989 to 1997. Kate is a daughter of John Chancellor[6] and his first wife Hon. (Mary) Alice Joliffe (herself daughter of William Jolliffe, 4th Baron Hylton and a great-granddaughter of H.H. Asquith, British Prime Minister in the early 20th century). Kate is also the older sister of actress Anna Chancellor, and the niece of journalist Alexander Chancellor. Together they had two children, a son Alexis and a daughter Madeleine.

In 1997, Self married Deborah Jane Orr,[7] a journalist, with whom he has two sons called Ivan and Luther.
