we chatted away nicely - i didnt have the heart to tell her that the spa rules forbid nudity
i seemed to sweat a little bit more than usual
stayed in 15 minutes when 10 mins is my usual maximum
think i overdid it a little

In scandinavia this is normal. Naked men + woman strangers sharing a hotel sauna. You sit on a small napkin that you pick up on the way in but very ofensive when the big fat burd stands up and there is a nice skid mark on the napkin.

I wouldn't bother sitting down. I'd just stand in the middle of the room, legs slightly apart, with my hands behind my head.

its a very small sauna - would only fit 2 lying down - on each step - 6 max if you are sitting and squashed
