So most of you think it's acceptable that our PM(that's the man supposedly running the country)cannot even spell properly or write for that matter, amazing.

Yes lets put everyone who cannot spell to your satisfaction up against a wall & shoot them.

Most pathetic comment of the day imo.

I think you should have had a space after PM by the way.

I hate the sun newspaper with every ounce of my being.

If terrorists bombed their offices I would celebrate.

You need to get hold of the episode of Cracker where Robert Carlyle does exactly that.

The people who work for that shambles would probably kill their families if it meant getting some sort of exclusive.

They have no morals whatsoever

Shame on you Mr E. I know one person who works there and think it's disgusting that you would be celebrating if he were blown up.

The paper must employ thousands and for you to make such a sweeping generalisation is disgusting. As former players Ian Wright and Thierry henry also have / had columns in the paper, would you be celebrating their demise too?

As a response to the original post and it's theme, I too would have been pi55ed off to have received a letter with so many errors, especially re her surname and the correction to the boy's christian name. It gave the impression of it being a slap-dash, spur of the moment thing to do, that wasn't given much consideration, which I'm sure wasn't the case. Brown must has sufficient lackey's for one to have read through it, seen the errors and suggested it be re-written. However, by taping the phone call, it all seems rather pre-meditated and is now reflecting badly on her and losing her a lot of sympathy.

Didnt bother to check spellings, basically he's showed he doesn't care.
By:
sparkmaster.
When: 11 Nov 09 11:14
If he didn't care why write the letter? I don't think there are any mis-spellings - his handwriting's just that bad. He would have assumed, as would I, that the recipient would be more interested in the content and the fact that a serving PM had taken the time to hand-write a letter.

Do you think he would write like that if he took his time?, face it it was nothing short of a disgrace.
By:
sparkmaster.
When: 11 Nov 09 11:41
No, I imagine if he spent ages on writing letters he could be neater - I'd rather he didn't though. I still don't see what you find disgraceful about it. Were you aware he wrote to the families of servicemen before this story broke?

it is very simple. The Uk and US's population's wealth is in houses. No other countries have such a mental craze for owning property, and such loose lending by banks. This is what Brown is trying to protect, and he is doing a good job. I'd like to see if the tories will follow the same path when they come into power until the banking crisis levels out.

Interstingly Mr Eboue they had a cheif sub editor there a few years ago who murdered his wife for the insurance. He did his time inside then got his job back!

However - I despise that outfit and I wouldnt shed a tear if their HQ was demolished.

I didnt say someone could run it better, but he needs to clamp down on things ship criminals out to other countries to do time, instead of JSA have people picking up litter and helping the elderly 2 days a week.
