And based on the stats from education, a good portion of the country will not pick up on this.
And even if they "apologize" and credit your next bill, it means Millions in their account for four weeks +. A note: He said he he could only credit. I said no way. He said 5 days. Do the same. Criminal. |

I can't understand why anyone still uses BT. Is it because of the friendly British brand image?

BT are a great company, always had excellent service from them

You can have excellent service but when you systematically apply an "error" to your billing, this is wrong.
They had ten days from the day my bill went out to direct debit to send an email saying there was an error and would be credited on next bill. They did not. |

Upon review, it comes down to the following:
Because the discounts are calculated in a seperate section, they are done PER BILL rather than FOR THE PERIOD (in my case, six weeks) This "error" by BT would be on all bills. Therefore; If your billing period was changed this month OR changed in the past, chances are all your discounts were not applied. |

Posted in moneysavingexpert. Worded with a bit more detail but got pulled??!?!?!?! within an hour.
Forum isn't mediated so someone had to report it. I looked for BT threads on the site. All about service. None about billing. Hmmmm.... |
