tried the right click trick still wont do it althought its trying. Just spoken to Dell and they tested it say it needs to go back in for a**which is the second time ina month - NOT IMPRESSED.

if you look at the front there will almost certainly be a tiny hole, u need to stick something in it hard(while computer is off) and it releases the tray

on the front of the cd/dvd drive although u should only use it as an emergency, its not a cure.. have you tried going to my computer then right clicking on the cd drive and pressing eject?
