gonna make a big fk off chilli stew later usin minced beef, onions, potatoes, carrots and swede. one big pot, will have it for dinner and breakfast for next 3 days.

We had a shoulder of lamb last night with parsnips, roast potatoes and leeks. Quite nice but slightyl underdone I think because I opened the overn sereral times to turn over the veg.
No sign of any lunch so far today but a fish pie is scheduled for this evening,
