I'm disappointed to be still paying 2 lots of Council tax, 2 lots of Utility Bills , and having to waste tiime cutting 2 sets of Lawns and hedges and maintaining 2 houses ..
count your blessings ...

i can never understand why folk worry about house prices.

surely the place you will be moving to will have lost value too ?

one was supposed to subsidise the other , but sale fell through and now have unnecessary loan .so you are right to feel sorry .

almost the same as you, we sold in August after nearly two years on the market,
a couple of times thought we had sold it, once some old dear was going to buy it, we even signed the contract,
(but solicitors hadn't exchanged)......and right at the last min. she pulled out,
claimed she found the process too stressful and her husband died just over a year ago.........
and she wasn't sure if she should move nearer her daughter etc. etc.

We went on the market for £225,000 (although we did think the agent may have gone a bit too high),
because in a falling market you need to be one step ahead and not one step behind -
and we were always chasing the market.

We ended up selling it for £179,200. Almost the same price drop as you,
we were just unlucky to hit this downturn in the market.

well done on the sale huggy.

all you have to do now is pay for those sharks that swim around our waters.

banks,solicitors,estate agents .....robbing c unts :|
