so here we are those taking nrnb for a while at much shorter prices still don’t know the opponents that their short near day of race priced (or worse) horse will be facing.

will they be facing brighterdaysahead, lossiemouth, il est francais, el fabiolo, gaelic warrior and will this make their day of race price look very silly come the day? did they anticipate facing Jade De Grugy in the Mares who turned up late at their poor prices?

at least those backing true antepost odds will have a good price on the day normally as they already knew they wouldn’t be able to anticipate exactly who would turn up against them however unlike day of race nrnb prices they will perhaps have good value still on the day.

if your nrnb horse is switched in the week before is your money tied up until the race?

once you know opponents would you have backed something else instead of being stuck with your poor priced horse?

what about the ground and stable for. so far you might as well have waited to know that for your poor prices still as well?

in any case why would you want to bet not knowing any of this while taking day of race nrnb prices when next to hardly anyone without inside info wins in the long run taking day of race odds. give yourself a chance.

Well done Eric!

This about rhe 47th time you have inaugurated a thread about this.

You will not countenance another opinion, so please just bore off.

i take notice of others opinions however i also have my own.

nrnb is ok if you tactically use it if it is standout odds or if you expect a horse to not run but feel it may beat yours if there was a slim chance it does.

otherwise nrnb shows a total lack of confidence in antepost betting and it is best to just bet on the day.

rarely anyone will win in the long term betting day of race prices but at least on the day you know opponents, ground, stable form, connections comments, maybe market moves if backing late.

eric

Until a couple of years ago Bet356 went NRNB with BOG from at least a month before The Festival, which made the concession most attractive.

I wish you well!
