Hands up if you were counting your money on Sir Gerhard?
I thought Letsbeclearaboutit ran much better today than when beaten by Sir Gerhard but the winner made him look like a plodder.
Can't think of anything obvious that we have produced on this side of the sea so after that performance it wouldn't be a surprise if we now ended up with a much smaller field than is usual.
You have to wonder how the horse got beat last season.
it s roughly 8/11 the pair at the moment, would you rather that or 11/8 the rest of the field. you have 3 weeks for them to get there on the side of the field. we could still have a good ground weds . id be a layer of the two

I'm against Kilcruit, they went way too fast in that race and even from listening to Mullins would fill you with doubt as he has cast doubt on it and said that the horses he went past were dead.
We all know the usual MO from mullins when he goes for home on a bumper horse, a general cruise through the race before something resembling an epileptic fit through the final furlong.
What we saw from him the other day tells me it was just too good to be true.
I got some of the 33's on three stripe life as he crossed the line the last time as I was just so impressed with the way he opened up on the run to the line on debut and I believe the time was a good one so I'm very happy with that.
